Shipping Policy

In-Stock Orders - All orders are shipped within 2-3 business days. 

Pre-Orders- All Pre-Order props are processed and shipped together with stocked items. Upon request we can ship your packages separately, there will an additional shipping cost.  

Custom Orders - Once you place your order, and we've received your specifications we will send you proof of your customized order within 2-3 business days. Upon proof approval, we will ship your order within 2-3 Weeks

All orders are shipped via UPS. Select the best shipping option suitable for your order upon checkout. 

 

Custom Orders 

We need your designs in the following format in high resolution. 

 - PSD, PNG, AI, Source file, 300 dpi & PDF

If we are creating a custom design with your specifications. You will get 2 revisions, once confirmed and you want additional changes there will a fee of $10 per revision.

Send your custom design specification to info@curatedbyphoenix.com with your order number in the subject line, upon processing your payment.

Processing time is 2-3 business days to finalize all design artwork. Once finalized production time takes 2-3 weeks.

Note:

• There will be no changes on custom designs or revisions if the order is already marked as confirmed and paid in full. If you want any changes it would cost $20 before production.
• All custom orders can only be expressed by shipping ONLY.
• All custom orders will be shipped with stocked props unless requested to be shipped separately. There will be an additional shipping cost.
