Processing time is 2-3 business days to finalize all design artwork. Once finalized, production time takes 2-3 weeks.

We need the following format in high resolution, if you have your own design. 

 - PSD, PNG, AI, Source file, 300 dpi & PDF

If we are creating a custom design with your specifications. You will get 2 revisions. If you want additional changes, there will be a fee of $10 per revision.

Send your custom design specification to info@curatedbyphoenix.com with your order number in the subject line, upon processing your payment.

• There will be no changes on custom designs or revisions if the order is already marked as confirmed and paid in full. If you want any changes, it would cost $20 before production.
• All custom orders can only be expressed by shipping ONLY.  
• All custom orders will be shipped with stocked props unless requested to be shipped separately. There will be an additional shipping cost for orders shipped separately.
